Yes, that's a German or similar spec vehicle. Headlight washers are legally required there.

The brochure is there but the links don't work - try this one;

It's called BeSpoke over here (if it's the same thing) - lastest-gen Toyota ICE/NAV/etc system, the GT86 will be the first car to have it. It may be an option - there are supposed to be 2 levels of optionable ICE here, above the standard system. Probably cost 2k.
