Anyone have a Miltek around the bay for show and tell?

I'm looking at picking up a Miltek system, but am torn between res vs non-res . I don't want it to be droney at all, but want that nice rumble that everyone else is searching for.

I like the non-res cuz of the weight savings, but am afraid it might be too loud in the cabin while cruising at highway speeds, or even possibly obnoxious at lower RPMs.

Anyways, probably the best way to figure this out is to hear it first hand, so I was wondering if someone would be willing to drive me around for a bit so I can hear it.

TIA!

I have the resonated cat-back version and really like it. I really hated the drone on the borlas I had on my wrx (I'm too old for that sh*t lol) so a subdued exhaust was my main requirement. Even passed the wife test, she noticed that it sounded different but never complained

I have the non-resonated catback, catted+helmholtz resonated front pipe/over pipe, and header. No drone!! It's relatively quiet when you're just cruising around, but can get loud when you get on it.

There's a South bay meet tonight... I'll be there!

Yea, and that's what I was thinking. The vid clip had a nice sound to it but wasn't crazy loud either. I'd ultimately want to still be able to hear the radio or carry a conversation without having to blast the radio or yell.

I'll be at the eastbay casual meet in emeryville on Thurs is you wanna meet up. Give Gary of Mann engineering a call, he probably does have both (I know the shop car has the unresonated at least)
