Agreed, this would be nice on the front page.

Can someone make a pic of the frs/brz vs. the 1st gen TC? Or is it roughly the same size as the 2nd gen?

Cool thx. Good to know that the hoodline is lower than the TC. I've driven my cousin's 1st gen TC and it doesn't compare with my Prelude's low hood. Love the maximum visibility of the ground in front of me.

the new gen tc actually looks pretty nice, especially compared to the old one which I didn't much care for. now that scion has the frs, the first REAL sporty scion, they just need to get that tc to a RWD configuration and scion may finally be taken seriously (been seeing a lot of FRS hate lately, or I'd say that would get scion the respect)

I'm still pissed it's badged as a scion though, lol. Not to hate or anything, but the 86 was a toyota, not a scion so I'll definitely be re-badging.

Out of curiosity, besides taking our pocket knives and stealing others' badges middle school style (teehee), where can we buy legit/cheap Toyota badges?

Import legit ones from 86s around the world. Or do a swap, since there are people who want to convert to scion because their country doesnt have them.

Well, I've been lurking around the genesis coupe community for a while now and they have a retarded amount of available badge swaps (most of the suck IMO), but the point is no one is proud of a hyundai when it comes to their ego and the same may go for scion,

The genesis has wing badges of all different finishes and colors, random performance company badges, etc etc. I would assume that SOME company will be able to sell imported toyota badges for a similar price to the hyundai ones, ~$50 per or `$95 both or so, or if the scion badge is the same dimensions as the toyota one, you could just get them straight from the dealership's parts department and buy the toyota badges.

I'll likely be taking off the frs logo and such and just keeping the two main badges (front and rear) but swapping them from scion to toyota. Don't get me ranting about them badging this as a scion, talk about spitting on the ae86's heritage lol. I do get that it is their first sports car in a while however, and scion is their "sports car" branch now. Scion supra here we come.

and here's one of the site that sells the different genesis badges, wheel caps, steering wheel logos, etc for reference as to what I'm talking about

scion will be replacing the tc with the frs if it is cheap enough, around $22k, it would make sense
