I think we will be able to do that pretty easily.

I was officially told no. EcuTek is the officially supported tuning platform of choice as far as Nameless is concerned, but that they wish those of us using opensource solutions the best of luck.

Also the guys at OFT have their own header. I doubt they would want to support their competitors header.

Well that's too bad...I don't see ecutek being a main tuning solution on this platform in the coming years.

Just means I'll have to get a custom dyno tune.

I will happily give out my cam timing settings if i get one of the headers and get to a local dyno. From what i have seen, each header has it's own best cam settings.. borla would be different from jdl which would be different from nameless.... exception would be very similar designs like the fa20 long tube and P&L long tube, assuming the interal diameters are the same.

I don't think anyone needs to worry about lack of support for this header from OpenFlash.

I agree someone will get this header in Cali and go to Shiv sooner or later. He will upload it and everyone will have it. Wouldn't stress over it.

Truth. I was hoping to nudge nameless in the open source direction is all. Plus the free base tunes are conservative and will never stand up to a full custom Dyno tune so tuners need not fret unless they are hacks.

I would be surprised if they made a base map specific for any header than their own. Now, custom tuning which is an option they are to release soon will tune whatever ya want. It would be wild if they started to do base maps specific for each header out there.

I am more than willing to test different changes assuming they are small and won't overshoot the limits

I haven't played with tuning much so not sure how helpfull that'll be though.

I would be willing to bet the majority of oft users who don't go ofh will go nameless. They landed on oft by waiting for a better option. That trait will land many on this header as well.

Nameless will compete with the headers that add power and cost 1k plus....JDL and HKS so far.

OFH is competing with borla and revworks and eBay...add very little fill the dip and cost 4-600 USD.
