I know a lot of people bought the twins for a reason instead of some other higher priced cars. It just seems there are also some people that seem to have impulse bought this car thinking it is something it isn't? Am I making sense? ^_^
Well, I hear ya .....

Maybe his wife just had triplets ???.....

Haha You are on a FRS/BRZ forum and said you sold it for another car... What did you really expect?

I won't hate on you though lol. The IS is one of the only Lexus I would buy as well. My only prob with it is that it is a 4-door

Congrats man its all about what makes you happy anyway. Its your money do what you want with it. Don't worry what people say.

OP's decision to upgrade to a nice luxury 4 door sedan over a 2 door raw pure sport coupe. 2 different cars. That's enough said. Congrats for a nice car man !

Yes, I should have probably wait 1 year and got a used twin. But then I'd always be second guessing the cars history

Han's quote may be a little misguided but I kind of believe "Life's simple, you make choices and you don't look back"

What else can you do?

Congrats on the new car.

I like the LFA tachometer.

I rode in a non Fsport one, and I personally didn't like it. However, it is an improvement over the previous IS250/350.

Can't wait for Lexus to come out with a Turbo, unfortunately it seems it will be going in cars that will cost $30k +, which is a no go for us grass root racers.

Congrats OP. Just ignore the haters and jealous. Lexus IS 350 F Sport is the best car in this segment, a better drivers car than the F30.

IS is a sick car. Seriously, you guys should go test drive it.

This is the newer IS with new chassis, and design. The chassis was made by some kind of new technology which was used on LFA chassis.

Also, they put the IS under 1 million mile stress test, that include track, driving, different weather... Etc

I love Lexus. You have to be in one to appreciate. For an example

The cabin quietness, it eliminates the cars around you on the highway, yet you can still hear your engine growl.

Beside, the torque and the power of the IS. It is seriously quick

Congrats on the new car. Early on these things did nothing for me in pictures. The front end looked all a mess. But seeing them in person with some actual depth makes them easier on the eyes. They're just not very photogenic imo.

Look can be subjective.

What makes people think Toyota can pull Supra, the Twin, MR2 ...cant do it right to the IS ?

I am telling you that the new IS is very under appreciated. Go test drive one already

The next better one would be RC and the RC F will be at Detroit show. It will be sick with the v8 in it.
