Another update:

Toyota will be sending the Houston, TX engineers up to Round Rock to look/work on my car for Dec. 18th and 19th. I'll be dropping it off on the 17th. My dealership is serious about getting this resolved rather than just throwing new pumps in the car. I will report back when the Toyota engineers are done and what the plans are.

Matt- How many miles before the newest pump began to chirp for you again?

I'm on 1,100mi, 4 weeks have passed, and my pump is starting to get just a little bit squeaky. Nothing like the full on crickets but my faith in this latest pump installation is beginning to grow dim.

250 mark, first tank of gas. It has chirped consistently in both cold and warm temperatures. There are still occurrences where it does not chirp after it comes back from a warm startup. (Lets say 20-30 minutes)

Here's hoping!

All I can get is 91 too, so this pump seems solid.

Hopefully it's just a few isolated duds out there.

Just a grain of salt, you're not the first to have 'engineers' look at your car (maybe the first with this latest pump) and I doubt they could make any conclusions without removing the pump and investigating by disassembly.

Glad you feel taken care of, Toyobaru have been kind of hit and miss on that front if you go by the postings here.

I killed the crickets with a tank of E85 and a OTS tune by Vishnu. lol

Funny how in small amounts ethanol is blamed for the crickets, yet in large amounts (E85 fuel) it makes them go away. Why is that? hmmmmmmmmm

Because ...... the 10% ethanol just feeds 10% of the crickets, so the others make a racket; ..... but 85% feeds them all ..... so, they are quiet.

The hypothesis is that E10 is 'drier' than E0 fuel and E85 has added lubricants to compensate as Ethanol is not as lubricative.

I don't agree with it but it's the short answer from E0 proponents.

I started getting the crickets around 1500 miles. I had heard that getting the ethanol free gas would get rid of them but it was impossible to find any in my area so i just kind of went with it. I'm now at almost 6000 miles and I haven't heard them in a while! It's super cold where I am now and I don't know if that affects it at all but hopefully they are gone for good!
