But yeah, leave the high school shit to the kids.

I can see why you won't be sharing, just curious as I am not sure the throttle body is the limitation for this platform.
The coils/plugs just provide a cleaner burn but wouldn't be too much of power boost either, not sure if you can adjust the dwell time using brzedit anways.
As for the grounding, not sure that we need it either but more grounding points can't hurt.
I'm just as interested myself, was planning on eventually buying an hks or max racing intake duct , and a revolution throttle body ..

BTW awesome build, really love the selection of high quality parts, and execution of combining them all to make a proper well rounded vehicle!

Are you trying to sell the TRD Carbon Fiber side fender inserts?

Hiya, sorry. I'll be keeping them for the time being.
Not too keen on trying to remove them from the fender for fear of damaging either the fender or the dry CF as that adhesive is damn sticky and there is not budge(flex) of the CF canards/winglets/scuddles/vents.
Contact "Jesse Streeter" for them as that's where I sourced mine from.

Add to that list the PERRIN silicon intake tube(heatwrapped in DEI Reflect-A-Gold).

In regards to the TODA.. the day it was installed(in conjunction with NEW OEM spec spark plugs(I ordered the wrong heat rating HKS plugs so I had to re-order a new set), CUSCO earthing kit and OKADA Projects coil pack(4) I noticed a slight gain on the 'butt dyno'.

And as everyone knows, the butt dyno does not lie, LOL.

But yeah, I noticed an improvement with the TODA.. not sure if it was JUST the TODA, or the cumulative effect of the other 3-5 mods.
I'm probably going to get a before and after dyno for R&D purposes probably next week or fortnight to see if the $1k for that TODA was really worth it.

I'll be keeping the results to myself though cos of a fair few haters hate on me for no reason. Act all nice and cordial in person, but talk shit about me behind my back, can't even research up their own shit for their own choice of mods..
Whats funny is that these speds pm me over FB asking where I purchased such-n-such for my car, or how much it cost, and how my tune with another tuner went.. LOL get some originality or do your OWN research on your OWN DIME cheapskate. Speaking of cheap, one of these guys PM'ed me last night asking to use my secured WORK PARKING so he doesn't have to pay for underground parking literally 10 meters away, oh god times must be tough. #YMCMB #YOLOSWAG

Another lamer even copied my I/H/E setup(TRD USA Intake, HKS Headers/Motive O-Pipe/Frontpipe) and bagging my claim of 'Perth's Most Modified 86'. What's next.. Bonnet Dampers? K2Gear mats? RexSpeed mirrors?
oh wait, the sheep have copied that already.

If these guys actually DID any research.. it would be plasti dipped wheels or lambo-doors LOL
They should stick to making Coles-recipe-cupcakes which they FAIL at.
Or look and search for a JOB.. or a NEW CAR.. and while they are at it, how install and use a fire extinguisher
/rant

Oh and whoever reads this.. YES this is directed at you.
And for anyone looking to buy a 2nd hand RED 86 GT in Perth that was previously hellafail stanced.. DON'T.. its a CHOP SHOP job.
The r-tard can't even drive/merge into a lane properly without thinking it's like a Grand Prix in a 40km/hr zone. #illest #Fatlace #lowlyfe #stancenation
Are you gonna get the Toda Pulley kit to go with the Toda throttle?

Most probably not, unless TRD JP come up with their own lightweight pulley kit. Don't want to chance upsetting any engine harmonics or vibration with the FA20. Need dampened pulleys I believe to cancel out vibrations anyway.
I'll stick to changing/upgrading to a lighter flywheel instead.

Reflect-A-Gold Throttle Body

Had some DEI Reflect-A-Gold left over, so might as well put it to good use..

Update/Edit: Just finished installing it.

Track Tool Box

Well... I have a track day coming up on boxing day. Decided to make up a small 'Track Tool Box'

- OEM Scissor Jack
- Dual Piston Tyre Foot Pump with Guage
- Kinchrome Torque Wrench
- 1/2inch 450mm Breaker Bar
- Cheap Shit 40 piece socket set
- Spare OEM Oil Filter and lastly.. this is also in the toolbox

- Little SCA tool bag..
including the following
Allen Key set, Flare Wrench Set, Assorted E-Torx Sockets, side cutters, pliers, needle nose pliers, flat pliers, long and short philips and slotted screwdrivers, oil filter removal tool, 3M VHB, 2x magnetic pickup tools, plastic removal tools, superglue, zip ties, duct tape, aeroguard.. that's about it
I'll have to get some spare hose clamps too while I'm at it.

Some pics.
I put the obligatory go-fast stickers on them. Since I'm not going to put them on the car I'd put them on the tool box instead. Masking tape with cardboard on the lower part is there to prevent any deep cuts/scratched caused by the sharp corner edges of the tool box(its an el-cheap $15 tool box).

- And since I'm such a distrusting fellow, I got some bike chains to secure the toolbox with(loop around an undercover post/pillar, secure my track wheels with too. Bargain at ~$8.00 each.

Bolted in my F/E bracket. Used to be secured with self tapping screws which isn't allowed under CAMS rules.

In awe of your build! Not sure if anyone has asked.. but how do you like the Top Secret bonnet dampers? How is the build quality? Is there any movement from where they secure to the engine bay oce the hood hits its peak when opening?

Just a slight wiggle, about 3mm? Build quality is very good(as it should be for the price). Gas struts are still going strong for over a year now.
Usually on track day, I'll leave the hood 'balance' and propped up about 40cm above the headlights so allow engine eat to escape. Can't really do that with some of the non TS ones.
