Very clever. I can honestly say this forum lacks the class of most. Very impatient people, you can tell that most of the members are young guys that are probably barely past puberty.

Hey, sorry, I tried to delete my post just after I wrote it because it was too mean spirited, you have my apologies.

Joke...it will not take you long to determine which people on this forum are a little jerky compared to the overwhelmingly cool people. There is a tendency to a have a little hazing for members who have low post counts, but that passes over time. And to your last comment, I wish I was barely past puberty because I feel like an old man around this place.

Anyway..welcome to the forum.

It saddens me to say that I have to agree.
However, I have also noticed that there are a few folk about that are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the attitude of the rest is such that is quite the disincentive to participate.
I hope an increase in respect and thoughtfulness will occur as more mainstream knowledge of the car occurs, leading to a change in the forum's demographic.

I like and appreciate that all of the respectful members came out and stated their respect for newcomers like me. To be honest I know very little about this car, it seems to me that alot of info has come out on these cars in the last 2 months, but lets not forget the 2-3 year waiting period that took place for all of us after they announced the Toyotabaru collaboration.

I am having trouble gettting over the BRZ front end, to me it is not agressive enough. The BRZ is def aiming for the classier more upscale look. But the HIDs, LEDs, Push Button Start, Telescopic Steering Wheel, Heated Seats w/ Alcantra, and Nav have me second guessing an Ultramarine FR-S!

I was initially all FRS, but slowly I began liking the BRZ more and more. I figure, since I can afford it, why not get it? If the BRZ ends up being 31k or so, then I'll bail. But right now, it's Subaru all the way.

I agree with you. Money for me is not really an opstacle in this scenario, but if a Limited BRZ is over $30-32k MSRP in principle I will simply purchase a FR-S and switch the Pioneer standard head for the Scion Nav for $2k and live with cloth seats and no HIDs!
