I completely agree, but she was sadly mistaken if she thought she would magically sober up by sitting there. Kinda glad she did for the op sake, for all we know she could've been crazy enough to drive off..

Our poor cars are getting so much attention by other drivers in all the wrong ways it seems.. Are there no drivers with respect for other peoples belongings? We worked hard to get our shit too, don't be reckless or a jackass just because we've worked harder and you don't get things handed to you like you want.

Responded to an accident once where we found a mustang that had a tree run accross its path. Found the driver about a 100 yards down the road asleep on the grass on the side of the road. When he woke up this was his story, "I had some drinks earlier and I know you are not supposed to be drink and drive so I decided to take a quick nap and sober up." Well your car is back there and a tree is your new hood ornament. "Well good thing you guys are here cause I need to report my car stolen!"

That lady sat there and taught of every single way possible to beat the DUI while the police got there.

That is so sad to hear about your car. Way back when, before I bought my FRS I had a genesis coupe. It was hit at 3am by a drunk driver, who ran. By the time we got downstairs they were gone and my car was totally destroyed and the insurance company fixed it. It suffered $9,600 in damage, and was almost a salvage. I know how it feels to have a modded car, that's new, get hurt. Unfortunately that insurance company is only going to replace OEM parts. Your best bet is to provide receipts for the aftermarket parts and try to talk to them. It's possible they may reimburse you. Just a thought. Good luck

Sory to hear it. I am glad you re ok, and got it right. I hope this makes you feel better.

The best way to escape DUI is to remove all the alcohol in your blood system as soon as possible.

Rumors have it that drinking your own piss while under influence will get rid of all of the remaining alcohol in your system. It will all be vomit out by mouth, the same way it goes in.

There you have it. Good luck being sober up, and defeat your DUI, should it happen..

I believe that the drunk driver was racing them because once they passed, she came up behind me and hit me.

I talked it over with the insurance and the price to repair my car is between 13,000-16,0000! The good thing is that they signed a check for ALL OEM replacements and they allowed me to choose aftermarket replacements! I also get to keep the money that I saved from getting aftermarket! The All State guy that gave me n estimate on my car also recommended that I get a louder exhaust to make it sound more aggressive! LOL! And also a new trunk with a spoiler! hahahaha I guess it isn't all bad after all.
