Easy fix, lose just a little camber. Lol
It'll be a little more difficult to get it even without proper eccentric camber bolts, but still pretty easy.

Sounds a bit excessive considering your suspension.

Positive or negative, camber is camber. Sounds like you need less negative camber, based on what you're telling us.

Natural camber when lowering cars varies from car to car. Some might lower and naturally end up with -1, -2 or anywhere in between.

18x9.5 + 40 nt03's with 265/35 michelin PSS, -2 camber all around and no rubbing

the difference, coilovers.
