PH Subaru must be allergic to lots of money.

I really suspect it's more like SOA has their balls in a vice.

Update: Called Frank today and very horrible news. =/ Frank says everyone in the BRZ group buy will be automatically taken off the deposit list and we cannot even keep our order place in line. Frank says that it was SOA decision that we cannot even purchase through La Puente Hills, until next year. And that our information and checks will be sent back through a letter or shredded, but that he wanted to discuss it with Monique. I advised Frank I will pick mine up. Frank said Monique will be responsible for getting in touch with us regarding the group buy and deposits.

Based on the 2 ^ comments, I can tell you that anyone on this forum who buys from them is a complete dumbass and deserves what they get.

What a bunch of greedy smucks. F them.

IRVINE. SUBARU UPDATE.

- Talked with Richard. We're setting something up since I went 3-4 months before to talk with the GM.
- NOT SURE IF IT WILL BE $300 ABOVE INVOICE.
- Irvine knows about THIS group deal.
- Richard is taking deposits and CANNOT guarantee you will get one ($100 for a deposit).
- If the car comes out it will be by order who put down the deposit (So far he said he's working with Rene and Luis)

I've already done a lot of the leg-work and I figured... shit.. If I'm going to help our BRZ community out I might as well do it big. PH screwed me over so what I'll do is do the best viable option. Go to the other dealer.

the way i understood it, was that my deal was to guarantee one for me. Unless he told you that your deal wasnt going to guarantee one for the people in the GB.

Yep.

Irvine Subaru sounds like a much better and much more honest dealership

Good luck to you guys and girls out there!

It wasn't guaranteed if 30ish people deposited and you were number 20+ lol.

I forgot to add that. :P
