Also- I made it to work in VA with stock tires. No excuses.

Just the product of a WI upbringing Not like snow tires would help with ice anyway. Tomorrow's snow, yeah not gonna like that. Thankfully I'm working late and the beltway will be oversalted by then.

Some college acquaintances of mine relocated to Texas; apparently the locals like to floor the pedal in snow/ice and just roast tires until they get traction.

haha my dad use to do that to get up our hill it was hilarious then he wondered why his tires didn't last long too haha.

Hah. Texas is a whole other story overall. State isn't equipped to handle winter weather, and majority of the residents haven't learned how to drive in it. So glad I was only there during the summer months.

Went to work yesterday, found out work is closed. Drove home in the shiznit. Made it home just fine. Take THAT snow!
