Thoughts on how to make noisy people living above you be quiet when they're fully aware you had to wake up in less than 4 hours?

The standard going up and explaining the situation got an apology, but didn't rectify the issue.

... Should mention he owns the building and I'm month to month so I can't get to extreme here lol

I suggest speaking directly, and firmly to the person living above you and ask politely once more for them to pay more attention to the noise and the time it's being made.

If the problem persists and they don't make a conscious effort to lower the volume, you have two options.

1. File a complaint with your local law enforcement, and/or have them come to serve a warning if they are caught.

2. A little extreme, but you could always look for a new place to live. If you are month to month that makes it easier to leave.

3. Noise cancelling headphones?

Terrible situation, but I've seen these things get nasty if you handle it wrong. Especially during the harsh winter months.

I sleep with earplugs and set My alarm killer loud or sleep with only one earplug in and rest your head on the pillow with the side that doesn't have it in.
Been my way of life for 2 years now. Couldn't be happier.
Unless it's the guy below me, his bass is so loud you feel it -_-

But it's okay tho, I wake up at 4am during the week and put my boots on right away. We have wood floors
on second thought, that early in the morning I wouldn't be surprised if he slept through it lmao

Some people are just god damn disrespectful. I would return the favor when he needs to be up early and you don't if you've been nice about it already.

In other news. I like things simple, easy to understand, and easy to buy, so I'm kind of disappointed brake kits aren't complete kits. Give me one box to check with everything in it and I'll be happy.

What are you using it for?

I'm not a fan of Super Blue; it stains the brake reservoir.

Haha man, I always feel guilty when someone calls in a vendor because I'm just musing out loud here. I probably won't be buying anything for at least a year.

But anyways, this is my DD. She probably won't see a track or auto-x unless I can eventually convince myself to do it. The only power mods (if any) she will see will be N/A. FI is not likely.

Ahahah I just have a vendor account so other vendors don't complain when I tell people not to buy X product, or not to do Y to their car cuz they don't need it.

Enthusiast first, help CSG out second.

If you're not doing any hard driving, zero reason to upgrade brakes, unless you prefer more brake pedal bite.

This makes me sad, is it b.c of funds or fear of damages or something?
Someone I know has a frs and he does a lot of HPDE, and autox which I really wish I could do someday.
But at the same time, I don't know if I'd have the guts. I feel like Id be too afraid of driving into something
