Car was dynoed today, 100% stock for a baseline. Mustang dyno, and it was cold and dry out.
I was surprised by the numbers we got, on the high side for bone stock (159 and 131) |

Agreed. I was expecting much lower numbers.
It was pretty cold and dry out though. |

^ unless Motec changes their prices from what we were quoted, expect:
M150 ECU – $3770.00 FR-S/BRZ/FT86 M150 Package - $800.00 Wire Harness Adapter - $900.00 Options: Logging Level 2 - $375.00 (features 200 channels at 200 Hz and 1 set of log set parameters can be setup) Logging Level 3 - $585.00 (req. Level 2 logging, features 1000 channels at 1000 Hz and 8 sets of log set parameters can be setup) Pro Analysis - $1040.00 (Recommended Logging 2 or 3 purchased, allows access to i2 Pro) Which if those numbers hold true, I expect sales to be extremely low on this unit; making our Haltech solution less than half the cost, and apart from being a parallel system, would have most of the features of the Motec. Again, we too are contemplating the Motec solution, but I think for it to be marketable, the unit needs to be around $3500 out the door. |

I had a few quick questions for other Full blown kit owners.
When you received your kit what was your Wastegate springs set at? I followed the steps for the tubing having the top hole vented to the atmosphere and one of the side connections hooked up to to a vacuum line. I just wanted to know if the blowoff valve needs any lines run to it? I didn't see anything listed in the instructions. |

I was thinking it was something like that. so the vacuum line will run from the engine then T off to the top of the blow off valve and the side of the wastegate with the top connection for the wastegate just open to the atmosphere?

I didn't even think to open the BOV yet. inexperience right there for me. so should the springs be set to the same amount of psi? and so your wastegate came delivered at the 5.6 psi? I ask because mine was set at 15psi. I and the prior owner of the kit think the mechanic who did the install either neglected to change the spring or installed the wrong one.

I think unless you specifically tell LJ to put a higher psi spring in the wastegate it comes with the lowest one in it as a default.
