225/40 works well on 17x9 wheels according to the calculator. My biggest fear with changing the wheels/tires is changing how the car is. I want it as close to stock as possible, if that makes any sense.

Edit: Actually it changed it to 235/40 when I set the size to 17x9. But 225/45 is pretty good with 17x8. So I guess that settles it.
