How many miles does it have on it? If it is less than 36,000 miles it is covered under the 3 year 36k mile bumper to bumper warranty regardless of where you bought it from.
Just take it to any Toyota dealer they have to fix it it's under warranty.

It only has 9k miles and its salvage title does that affect the warranty? Because I was reading if its salvage it voids the warranty

Well, that's an interesting question. Depends on whether or not that information is available to the dealer via their computer system. I'd take it to the dealer and act like your the second owner and not mention the title deal. Say you bought it used, which you did. Then if they come back to you and say they can't do anything because of the title being a salvage title, then pick up the car and take it where you want for repairs.

Wipe it down, check it again in a week or two. This doesn't look like a leak it's more like sweat.
Some cars do it worse than others depends on variances and assembly, etc..

Unfortunately, salvage cars do not carry the manufacturer warranty.
