Yea a guy I work with always works out while we work and never sweats. I told him I have to sweat when I work out or I'm not working out hard enough. Then you watch him and he does a set and texts forever. Then does a set and watches TV or texts again. Lol
I go during the quiet times and most people in there are there to get fit.
I have been to those gyms with the dolled up girls who sit on a machine and text then go flirt. Whatever works for them, as long as they stay out of my way.

I'm the headphones in and a smile and a nod if you look at me. I'm not there to chat.
