Haha, I just noticed your Fuelly picture is a cropped picture that I took of my car =)

Yes! Actually I thought it was a stock pic when I saw it on Fuelly as I didn't see a license plate at first! Hope you don't mind... I'll be taking a pic of my SWP in the spring!

Thanks for the comments above - I was able to get a Petro Pass and split it with some coworkers so I'll see how the touchless go! Im primarily concerned with washing the salt off from the underbody.

Just got a touch-less wash at the Petro near 14th and Markham Rd today. It does a good job, yet the touch-less Petro at Kennedy and 14th is crap. Takes almost 5 minutes per car and I believe it was originally a Esso built wash. The washes are hit or miss, started going to this one after doing a search on google and reading on Mazda 3 forum that it was good.

Anyone have any experience with the coin-op place on Laidlaw off Bullock? Thinking about checking that out.

You mean the Esso? or the Shell on McCowan and 16th? Just tell the attendants, they usually let you go around again with another ticket if it didn't get clean the first time.

It's a simple Coin-op, there's a car rental place across it (Budget I think) that lets you wash $1 for 3 minutes from 7 am - 10 am on weekdays. I'll be making a video soon for my paint sealant and Opti Coat Pro customers at a coin-op place to show how you can hand wash your car on a budget and achieve maximum results.

Any other cheap coin-ops in the Mississauga area?

I've seen $4 for 4mins. $1 for 3mins would be awesome...

I'll try to find out but it's rare, do you guys want to me to create a waterless wash package? It'll be something like $100 or you guys can purchase the individual supplies yourself. It'll be totally safe with the method I'll outline in a video.

Basically you find a underground parking garage, take a 5 gallon bucket filled with rinseless wash and a sponge. 1 500mL quick detailer and some drying towels. Go panel by panel, spray the quick detailer, let it sit for 30 seconds. Follow up with the sponge and rinseless wash and dry the panel. Make sure to go over the panel gaps with like half the sponge so when you dry you don't risk getting the drying towel. Start from the roof and work down. If you use a good rinseless wash, you won't scratch the paint even with the winter crap on your paint.

It helps if you have Opti Coat Pro or a paint sealant on the car because the rinseless water runs off and your paint is more scratch resistant.

I got to the petro at Markham Rd South of 14 by the home depot.
It is touchless and railess and does a pretty good job at cleaning your car + underbody spray. Worse comes to worse just ask for a rewash. Hard stains like a cherry from my cherry tree need a quick detailer though.

Coin-op I got to the previously mentioned Midland Car Wash. It's sheltered and I only really use in summer to just get a quick clean before I detail at home.

Any Glide wash (Petro Canada) should be touchless/rail less.

Not the ones near me - they are just bays fully open at both ends - like a carport.
