thanks man . the setup im using is bc racing coils with the swift springs upgrade, SPC rear LCA and SPC toe arms.

Brembos looks awesome! Dig the color also. Where did you source them from?

I love that they are a direct bolt-on. Definitely they brake upgrade I'd go for.

Thx man. I got the brembo from a local Craigslist in a great condition, but I just wanted to fully rebuild them prior the install. Brand new Brembo oem seals, pins and retainer powdercoated in flat black , brand new dba 4000 t3 rotors , fastwrx rear adapter , stoptech ss lines and hawk hps pads and 2nd stage powdercoated calipers in ice white with the stardust clear coats

. They're feel great , but they're squeal pretty loud in the morning due to the cold weather .

So im a bit of a noob when it comes to this stuff. Do the rims come in different bolt/stud diameters? I know our cars have 12mm studs. However my xxr look like they would fit 14mm. Does that matter?

My understanding was that the hub rings keep the wheel centered and so the gap around the lugs doesnt matter. I guess I'm looking for conformation.

What bolt pattern did you get they had to be 5x100 and xxr 527, 530 use 12x1.25 lugs

Yeah I got the right bolt pattern. I'm talking about the stud diameter. Our stock wheels fit 12mm studs where my xxr seem to fit 14mm studs.

As @juanam0909 pointed out, you need Tuner-Style 12x1.25 lugs for XXR 527/530. This has been stated dozens of times in this thread.

My bad, I now understand you question. To answer, I just bought my XXR 530's today, so I haven't had a chance to look at the lug hole diameter. Maybe someone else can chime in on this.

That's concerning if your XXR's have 14mm holes, because our cars have 12mm lugs. Did you put the wheel on your car and notice a gap around your lug?

Correct. Just get some hub centric rings with tuner style lugs in the correct size and you will be good to go

Perfect. I had a bit of a panic attack when I test fitted my wheels and saw that the bolt holes are much bigger then the studs. I can see how once you have the hub rings on, that wont matter.

Makes sense. Between hub-centric rings to center the wheel, and Conical Tuner Style lugs, the wheels will be perfectly centered and secured.
