The stock fuel system is fine with upgraded injectors. No need to go to the deep end like some do with 900 & 1100cc injectors. The combination of the DI & Port injection system can deliver enough fuel to make 430-440whp with just 550cc size injectors. In all honestly we can probably swing a bit more fuel from the motors but we have a sever pressure issue which most of the cars at this level experience to some extent. With a work around we have been able to get to the 500whp mark but that was a on the spot fix that wasnt ideal for long term use. I went ahead and started finally developing a new pump assembly basket to solve the pressure issue.

What we cam up with was a method install the high flow rated 400LPH E85 compatible fuel pump. this in itself brought along a couple of necessary modifications. 1st issue was the fuel systems predetermined pressure bypass relieve system as well as the intank regulator and finally the integration of a fuel filter. Anyone can stick a larger pump in the oem basket but dealing with the other factory components take time and effort. Considering I didnt want to test these things on FRS300 new engine Lexus3b Dan@AWD and well as my own car bit the bullet for the cause at hand. Since these are are local cars who are all willing to push the limits beyond what the rest desire it was an easy decision. All of these pieces will be included in the newer Stage 1.5 kit you might have come across. We are currently waiting for the final billet adapter that we should have sometime next week hopefully to release.

Here is the current Stage 1 Kit with the 60 trim on Lexus3b Car untouched since April. This kit has the potential to make 500whp but we ran out of Wastegate spring. Original spring was 5psi. Next testing will be on 7 psi base spring.

Here is the Stage 1.5 as it currently Sits. The GTX Turbo dis display better boost targeting without losing too much steam above. For long term the BB is going to take president over the Journal T3T4 for longevity. That is the only reason the spec'd the 1.5 with the GTX Turbo.

So how would we do e85? Drain the tank and refil after the 93 tune?

Glad you were able to sort out that boost spiking issue so we could begin tuning you friends car or cousins cant remember who you said it was for. But either way we stand behind our product even when we dont install it. You never did tell me what it was. i could only assume it was either the lines inverted to the boost controller or the wastegate. It would be nice of you to post up the resolution to that issue so nobody else makes the same mistake during their installation. Let me know when you guys are ready to continue finalizing the tune. you have a little headroom to go on the boost controller but not much without the fuel upgrades.

We did have delivery issues but its a matter of supply demand and options. We simplified the kit options and took only minimal orders. The UEL kits were brutal and set up back quite a bit. At the same time we lost one fabricator that put us back to one person to build all these orders. The most recent orders were advised to not ceramic coat anything for extended delays. the guys who forewent that option got orders allot faster. Most of you guys were receiving the 1st package with major goodies minus headers and downpipes thats the reason for this. This isnt an excuse but we honestly did not anticipate the success of the kit nor the demand when we initially released it. now it seems there are a couple kits ordered each week. Any the list you guys have is roughly 60% of what we have sold worldwide so we have had our plates full and we are now at about 80-90% full operational. Here is a brief sample of what we have been working on the last month or so. We are now able to stock kits with a few different combinations for much faster turnaround times. So the very few orders we have left to ship after the holiday will be filled on Monday when I return from Houston. Its been your feedback to other members that have driven sales and its much appreciated. We have made some changes to the production process to eliminate the extended wait times thus the reason most recent orders have turned faster. We also cut back on promotional selling in order to bring the what we show below. We knew we have a solid product but we wanted to make the turn around better for you guys. We had tuning and power covered but lead times were killing us. We havent been active much and that was mainly because the forums notification system wasnt working for allot of vendors including myself. But after numerous complaints Hachi was able to get it fixed for us the last few days when he verified that the issue was on the sites server not our email client.

We will be powder coating a few pipes as well as manifolds ahead of time to aide minimize the wait process as well.

Just need a little less than 1/4 tank to tune pump gas then just top it off with E85. By the time we finish pump gas youll be down to about 2 gallons in the tank.

Ive never gone below half a tank on 93 out of fear of fuel issues lol. Ill have to try it on the 5 hour drive over there. Even on 93 the gtx28 should make this a fun car but hopefully we can do e85
