Mine is scheduled to go in on the week of the 1st or the 2nd. Thanksgiving week is a bust.

Looking forward to finally getting my turbo and other parts installed, and tuned with the Hydra standalone.

According to http://www.ecutek.com/Dealers.aspx your local option is:

http://www.dynotronicstuning.com/

I know that D3PE is in Houston, and they can tune EcuTek as well.

I'll be taking detailed install pictures during my Christmas leave period. I have 23 days off. Should do the trick.

If I have the energy, I could make a detailed install guide. this season is so draining.

That would be awesome. I inteded to take more pics during my 3 day install, but once I get going I don't really like to stop to waste time taking photos, haha. I think the only pics I took during install were of the fuel pump install since I had to do it twice and didn't want anyone to make the mistake I made. I think I called and talked to LJ @FullBlown at least 4 times during my install.

I have no doubt, I was just thinking for the How To section. It may help people become more comfortable with the purchase if they are able to see the entire install prior to. It would also likely help for preperation of tools and materials while the kit is in transit.

Whatever it takes to get more people boosted!

for the folks that have done the install, For the oil pan, would you reccomend sourcing the OEM sealant, or would good old RTV do the trick reliably?

From what i've seen, RTV would be just fine, Though i have not had the pan in my hands yet to inspect the surfacing.

Subaru actually uses a very obscure specific three bond adhesive to seal the oil pan that I couldn't get at my local dealer. They had one three bond adhesive product in a huge tube, but it wasn't the exact one specified in the service manual. All previous Subaru engines have used Fuji Bond to seal the oil pan, so that is what I got from the dealer. I was very familiar with the old stand by of Honda Bond and Fuji Bond is very similar but in a more liquidy form. It worked great for sealing my oil pan.
