i'd do a front pipe and an openflash tune. for about the same price as a catback you can eliminate one cat, get a little slightly more aggressive sound and a very good bang-for-your-buck performance increase.

Utilizing the "Search" button would have been more helpful.

A proper exhaust setup is highly dependent on your other mods. There is no "best." If you're running stock, you aren't going to get any significant gains from a cat-back besides weight reduction. If you're planning on going for a high-powered forced induction build, you'll likely want to get 3" diameter piping from a cat-back.
Headers offer the best gains from the exhaust system for our cars. There are many good options for headers, both equal length (EL) and unequal length (UEL). If you're planning on going turbocharged, you'll need the specialized header that is compatible with the turbo kit you get. If you're mostly stock with no plans to go turbocharged, it's basically up to you. Do your research and figure out which one you like the best. For me personally, I like the JDL headers for their quality and the Open Flash Header for its price. The final two parts of the exhaust offer smaller gains; front pipe and down pipe/over pipe. From the research that I've done on these, the Nameless FP/OP combo is the option that I would go with. They sound good, offer solid gains, and are priced competitively. Again, it all comes down to what you are trying to do. If you just want a few minor mods for the best bang for your buck, my recommended mod path would be the following: Air Filter -> Open Flash Tablet -> Open Flash Header -> Electric Supercharger ...and run on e85 fuel. Roughly $3,000* in total, provided you do the installations yourself, and you're probably looking at around 220-240whp** once everything is all said and done. *The Electric Supercharger has not been released for production yet, so the price is still TBA. My rough estimate cost assumes the ESC will cost roughly $1,800 after shipping, which may be more or less. **A car recently dyno'd to 223whp on e85 with the ESC, but I don't believe it had an aftermarket header, and I'm sure there is still more power to be found with some more fine-tuning.
