Whiteout is definitely the best color, kind of glad to see it is pearlescent as well. I was interested to see the Satin white pearl the 86 is getting.

Some from LA Region source:

That's the high spec light. The FR-S doesn't get those, it gets the low spec non-HID headlight.

Here are a few pics of Asphalt since some of you were curious:

In terms of the release date or price, Toyota has been pretty hush hush about it. I do know that we associates are able to order it as early as the end of this month and we usually get to order cars a couple months before they launch, so you guys can do the math. Sorry for all the confusion guys, it's definitely pearlescent.

Whiteout!!!! Thanks for confirming!! I wanted the pearl!!

The asphalt looks very close to Toyota MGM on the Tacoma.

You mean the obviously photoshopped jdm 86 with jdm exhaust, taillights and front corner lights?

I doubt it but not sure. Scion would have to pay a good amount of cash to certify both sets of lights with US DOT and that doesn't make much financial sense for optional headlights. They'd likely cost over 1k since the entire housing would be replaced and very few scion buyers would opt for that.
