Looks awesome.

I cant find one for our car on their site though. Where did you get yours?

I got mine from RHD Japan, the one I have is M12×1.25 stepped. It's on the ARC website, just keep in mind there will be a small gap beneath it in the 86

Red Raceseng 86er

Installed my Raceseng 86er knob today. If I had a dollar for all the times I threaded it on and off trying to get it positioned correctly, I could have retired a year earlier. But the knob is fantastic, I love the look in my Firestorm FR-S. It is a little cold in cold weather but once it warms up, the feel is great. Shifts are nice as I can feel every gate.

BTW, Jarrett / Raceseng is wonderful to deal with - you can't go wrong ordering anything from them. Great products and service.

does a heavier or lighter shift knob make it shift smoother?

WC Lathe Werks 2.1" white copolymer custom shift knob with 2 small rings around the bottom. Will soon be complimented with a Beatrush red reverse lockout lever. Go Huskers!

Just got this from WC Lathe Werks (hybrid piston/gunmetal/knurled/custom engraving):

Looks amazing and service was unfathomably fast. Haven't driven around with it yet but feel in the hand is niceeeee. Different shape than stock so it might take a little getting used to.

Overview of shift knob with some other goodies:

Thanks! Pricey, but worth the moneys. Hybrid piston $135, knurled surface $10, custom engraving $40 (shift pattern is already $30, so only $10 extra for the custom), $30 burnt gunmetal finish on the stainless bottom part.

So $215 total shipped. I guess the gunmetal finish on the stainless section isn't really "necessary", since that section is small and the copolymer is on the top...but it does look great. I didn't want to cheap out at that point...but for bringing down the cost a bit I'm sure the included "brushed" finish would have been really nice. I removed all the silvery plastic pieces from my interior...if I still had those I probably would have gone for the (included) brushed finish.

The fit is great with no gap or fitment issues with our reverse lockout. I haven't had much experience using the knob yet but I can tell already it will be awesome for not getting hot/cold, and it still has nice weight because of the steel bottom.

When I placed my order I didn't see where I was supposed to put the engraving that I wanted so I placed the order and emailed him with the order # in the message block and he got back to me within a couple of hours with an acknowledgement.
Also in an email you can place an attachment.

Jus sayin
