Where did you order the window trim? Does it fit well, any rubbing against the trunk?

Japanparts. No, it comes with two different sets of spacers to bring it just off the trunk and to allow it to close. You only use the spacers to prepare for install, then they get tossed.

Very tempted to get the window trim. I've heard rumors that STi is making their own as well.

HI,

It looks so special to combine the OEM spoiler and TRD side spoiler.

Could you take some more angle for the image ex. the whole view of the rear?

Thanks a lot.

HI,

I did see you post on the Subaru STi - flexible draw stiffener thread.
I alsointerested in this product and have some concerns there.

Could you letme know what your opinion is? Do you plan to install this?

Sorry bro haven't been in here for a while. Next time you got a questions quote me or do the @ before my screen name so I'm notified.

I'm not really feelin the draw stiffener as my car isn't for track. If I tracked or autoX'd I'd definitely do this and all of the STi stiffer stuffs.

Sorry. Been slow to update. I need to get the tails and rims up. Once the car is cleaned, I'll snap some pics.

And yes these tails are succeptable to the "condensation" that we experienced in the OEM lights if you don't get them tight just right. I had a LOT of water in the passenger side. Drained and tightened good. No problem. Now I am experiencing some in the drivers side. So I will need to take it out, dry it a plenty and re-install tight.

Thanks for the pics. Mine get a little condensation as well. I tightened mine, but shortly after read that problems occurred with over-tightening of the OEM taillights? When I took off the OEM tails the gasket was filthy and soaked. I was thinking that if I ever re-did these TOM'S that I'd reinforce with more gasket material possibly.

When I first noticed the condensation in the passenger side I ordered OEM gaskets to replace the Tom's. When the new gaskets came in I had already re-tightened the passenger side and didn't have a problem to use them.

The "new" (2nd or 3rd gen?) OEM gaskets are huge compared to the originals. The look like sponges almost.
