Armrest?!

Does anybody know if there will be an option for an armrest in the middle console where cupholders are?! Maybe a folding one?

There might be some aftermarket addons, d/k.
Personally I never ever needed one, since I keep to hands on the wheel.

If going with a manual, then the shift knob will do nicely for me...If going with the auto, I will probably prob left arm up on door or out window :P

Would be interesting to see

I am used to low sitting position and a "raised" middle tunnel like this

itīs quite comfortable for me/ I like it and the GT 86 center tunnel and the sitting postion looks quite similar

so I donīt really ask for an armrest more for a cover for the cupholder like in the S2000 (donīt know if itīs a cover or what, but I think you get it)

If not a track car an arm rest would be nice. Now that I am used to it, it feels so strange not to have one (except when racing).

Honestly, I hope not. Armrests almost always get in the way of my elbow during shifting. If the ergonomics of the car are right, there's no need to prop yourself on an armrest. I don't want any obstacles interfering with normal operation of the steering wheel, shifter, e-brake, and pedals.

Having an armrest is so nice. The door has one. The center console should too.
