Clear Tom's tail light on SWP BRZ

Finally had the time to install it today! It came with the relay so it doesn't hyper blink, but the relay was broken and it only works on the left side blinker. Right side blinker did not work at all.. whata pain. Still looks amazing!

Before: Blood red custom vinyl wrap

After: Tom's Clear Lens

Crappy phone camera, and my car is dirty as hell.

It must be awkward having to work on your car in a parking garage haha

Lights look great though, congrats!

I really debated getting the BC tail lights, I probably would of if I was 21 ~ 25 years old. This is more subtle for the older crowd imo. Looks OEM and clean! Its also very bright in real life, probably more bright than the red lens.

So this may be a stupid question but is the beam pattern on these different than the red lens Tom's?

The red tom's have the same horseshoe or boomerang style running light, whatever you want to call it, and they have a smaller boomerang style brake light inside that.

Your clear lens Tom's look like they're using the inner rectangular-ish portion as the brake light. Or am i dumb and that's just a reflection from your camera flash?

Edit: Nvm I just checked speedfactory's thread on them and they appear to have the same pattern. Shame, I think the way it looks in your picture is way cooler haha. Owell, still amazing looking tails!

Wow this looks great, I was a big fan of the red ones, but these are nice as well. Now the question is which would look better on my GBS! hmm
