Yeah definitely, but you maintain the super drivability of an N/A engine. The power curve is super linear and I prefer it much more then a turbo/sc.

Maybe is because I have driven most of my time n/a engine on the track and I'm more used to it.

But if I could achieve around 250whp and close to 200tq with N/A it would be perfect

So, you're saying you have e85 in your city and its too much of a hassle to use.

I don't have it within an hour drive.

No, I'm saying there is ONE gas station that has it about 30 min drive from where I live. But what happens when I'm no where near that gas station and need gas? Stop what I'm doing, save the last 1/4 tank to drive to the ONE station that has it... who the hell does that? #notrunningoutofgas #e85aintthatimportant #onegasstationinacitywithamilliongasstations #firstworldwhat #plentyof93octane #shouldIkeepgoingwiththehashtags

Read the first part of wrxgoose's build thread http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40850 . He was right at 200WHP with bolt ons before he decided to boost it.

it took about 5-6K to reach 200whp NA. she felt great, but i really did think she needed more power. that's all engine mods, though. Injen intake, Borla UEL headers, perrin 2.5" header back, and i'd had a Visconti tune (though now i'd recommend @JuniorAWD for tuning now, he's awesome!)

so these 4 mods gave you 200whp?
i have the same intake.

~300 Injen intake,
~900 Borla UEL headers,
~900 perrin 2.5" header back,
~900 Visconti tune
~$3000
how is that 5 or 6 grand tho? im comming up with about 3 grand for that set up. what did u pay for the mods?

well, that's including the numerous dyno runs, and different tunes and labor. I've got the receipts somewhere here

edit: and it might be the dyno, it might be that i've got a freak block. but i've got the sheets to back it up, i just want someone else to dyno on this one, and see what theirs says
