After trouble shooting with my buddy today.

We found the Fan 1 Relay Fuse 25 blown.

After replacing the fuse and running the car for 15 minutes with the AC on blast. We checked the fuse again and it was blown.

While driving it seems like the moment the fans tried kicking in the fuse blew out. Seems like I have a short coming in from the fans connection somewhere. Will need to get install shop to take a look at this.

There is no problem with the Fan. I ran direct power with the battery to the fans and they worked.

Seems like a short somewhere in the connection.

Will keep you guys updated.
Refresh my poor memory, are the fans the same ones that came in the kit? I'm wondering if they're drawing more than 25a at startup.

So far from what it sounded like, both fans were wired on one circuit instead of two. That is the reason why the fuse snapped. There are two outputs, each fan needs to be on their separate output.

Well that there makes sense. So you're saying they took both fans and wired them to just one of the cars factory pigtails.

Starting to look better! I'm much happier with this number. Originally put down 195 whp on the basemap on this mustang dyno. Swapping out some exhaust parts and tweaking the boost a bit has me at 250 whp. Still on shitty CA 91. Clutch is also slipping pretty badly.

What psi are you at? I think you can squeeze a bit more out of that even on 91.

That's a touch over 10 PSI. The AVO kit puts down a bit over 200 on this dyno.

On a mustang dyno these numbers are very good IMHO.
