My Perrin Catback Exhaust came with a Dent

Hey guys,

I recently got my 2.5' Catback Perrin Exhaust and it came with a small dent. My friends said that it shouldn't really be a problem but I wanted you guys to chime in... Should I worry about it? I mean I kind of don't want to return it because it would take forever for them to ship it back to me and I would have to pay the shipping costs...

Here's a picture of the dent, it's on the straight pipe.

Wow, I'm surprised it got damaged... Mine was packed tighter than a clown car.

Have you contacted your vendor? Perhaps they could provide a small refund or something to offset the dent?

TeamCZP sold me it, I mean I'm pretty happy about it, and it shouldn't really matter right? But I'm just pretty anal about these things, wondering if any one else have had the same problem...

Im sorry about the mishap there! We can get you a replacement part if you'd like!

I'd love to get a bit more information from you if possible.

How was the box upon arrival? Was there anything inside the box that was close enough to possibly cause the dent?

We inspect them quite heavily before they are shipped out, so if it was a packaging issue, I'd love to know what could be done better so this type of problem doesn't happen again.

The dent that you have, will not cause any type of problem with your exhaust/performance, so you are more than welcome to just bolt it up and not worry about it.

However, as I stated, you can shoot me a PM and we can get you a new replacement part

Thanks!

The box looked fine upon arrival. The sides had a little bit of wear but I think it is normal. I'm guessing somewhere between shipping from Perrin HQ to TeamCZP something got damaged but like I said I'm not sure

It'll probably get plenty more dents depending on how low your car is lol
