Yo with camber I can easily fit 18x14 8 inch lip in the rear but the problem is who can I contact for such a lip

I'm seen VRwheels in Cali do 7 inch lips, I'm sure they could do more.

steeb88 can definitely do so, also VR Wheels, CZ Wheels, Memory Fab and Wheelflip you may have some luck with. i believe CCW only makes lips for their wheels, for 18" works youll need 40 hole reverse lips.
