So, I've been doing some research, and in America:

The average price of a car is about $28k and the average price of a Sports Coupe is about 30k...

This kinda gets me thinking. At 28k est. the BRZ Limited is only as expensive as the average consumer car! And if the FRS is 23k, it'll be well below the price for an average car!!!

It's kinda cheap! Kinda really cheap! I never really realized how inexpensive, relatively speaking, this car is.

WoW, I know what I need. I'm stuck on how much to budget. And looking at SSD is very tempting. I don't need space I need speed!

My random thought, one of my kittehs is home! :3 I had to leave the scruffy old rehab cat to avoid the possiblity of cat urine on the rental property but at least we get to keep the cute cat around.

Here you can take a drivers licence test in non official languages (those being English and French). This sometimes gets me riled up with questions and doubts.

Just re-insurred the XRS today. Gotta warm and clear the cat up somehow because has to go through emissions (7 Years old now!!!); on-ramp, no-one ahead. OBD2 reader screwed up so she went on the rollers...

It is not the written tests (done in other languages) that get you. It is the driving skill required that baffles me. People can behave during the tests, but once they got it, they drive to the hell they want regardless of the rules and courtesy.

I heard it is hard to do emission tests in Winter time. Any problem with yours?

Yes I see your point. I think there was an investigation into the licensing places in (ahem) certain regions of the lower mainland that I reside. Something involving a no driving skill + high money exchange = licence deal "goin'on"

. That was a couple years ago though.

No problems; drivetrain's bone stock. But I was confused when the tech put the reader and it got some sort of reading error or detected some fault, (hence the rollers). CEL has never come on while I've owned it. It's the first time I've had to take it to emissions. My fathers older 98 Civic always comes up green and has never touched the rollers.

Then again I reconnected the battery about 40min before I went... Going "purchasing" tomorrow. Amsoil and MT-90.
