It would definitely go a long way in helping ECUtek keep hold on some of it's market share now that there are so many options out there, especially with some being free.

why? who cares if it has live tuning if you're not allowed to even look at it? it's not like people will charge less for a tune because it's a bit easier.

If I have to spend less time to tune a car then the cost of the tune is less expensive. But I do not get involved with e-tuning and such.

you're in the minority on that one. in the shop i worked at growing up, we called that 'margin'.

Sorry, I was referring to live-tuning functionality WITH end user tuning opened up.

yes, but just like speed density tuning it is a bit elusive. JV was experimenting around with it for a while before he disappeared. Others have shied away from it as you have to dig into Custom Map functionality to get it and it is difficult to get set up (from what i have heard, no 1st person experience). I would also like to see the functionality gap between GTR and BRZ eliminated (high resolution maps, visual knock warning, etc). GTR RaceRom is way more feature rich.

I just wish it would save my log parameters so I wouldnt have to add them everytime I log. lol Other then that live tuning would be great.
