For a car like this it's an outstanding price! The one thing we'll need to wait and see is how the dealers try to cheat people by racking up the "invoice" price since we really don't know what the dealer "invoice" price is. Let's hope for the best.

Wow! Are you saying a total of 30 cars for a preorder list including your groups group buy? That is a truckload of BRZ's. That dealership must be massive if they are going to get that type of allotment.

Giccin, here is my stab at a contact.

I think before Subaru will sign any deals, they will want to know the end date for the group buy. Otherwise, this would not be a “group buy”.

A final names and phone number list must be attached to the group buy contract.

This group buys terms and condition is only applicable at Subaru of PH.

Initial buyers list:
All initial buys must submit their deposits prior to X date. Otherwise they will be move to potential first release buys list. Since they are not taking any more pre orders, Subaru will only take those deposits from members on this list.

First release buys list:
All potential first release buys must submit their deposit prior to Y date. Otherwise, they will be move to the future release list. Frank will only fulfill the demand on this list after the demand on the initial list has been meet. (Y date will most likely be after Subaru’s official announcements of the pricing and shipping schedule.)

In the case where buys from the initial buy list decided to withdraw their participation, Subaru shall offer the pre order to participant on this list first prior to public offering.

Future release buyers list:
All potential buys on the future release date list shall give Frank an estimated date as to when they plan to submit their deposit. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact Subaru if an extension to the estimated date is needed. Potential buy will lose their eligibility to participate in this group buy if they failed to submit their deposit prior to the agreed upon estimated date.

A 100% refundable deposit in the amount of 500 USD is require for the participation of this group buy. The deposit shall be submitted in accordance to the dates and conditions from each applicable buys list to maintain eligibility to this group buy.

Subaru BRZ pricing,
Buyers may choose to follow either pricing program for this group buy.

Standard pricing:
Subaru of PH will offer the Subaru BRZ for $300 above invoice plus tax and license to all participating members of this group buy.

Subaru VIP program pricing:
Subaru will also offer the pricing program govern by the Subaru NA VIP program to eligible members. It is the responsibility of each member to arrange their VIP program with Subaru.

The VIP program pricing is only eligible to pre order buyers.

Accessories

All Accessories pricing will remain unaffected with the terms and conditions of this group buy. Each buyer reserves the right to negotiate the prices for accessories.

Total Cost of each BRZ = Standard / VIP pricing + Accessories + Tax & licence

Finance Program:
Standard financing option set by Subaru NA will remain unaffected with the terms and conditions of this group buy.

Warranty options:
Standard warranty options are unaffected with the terms and conditions of this group buy.

Pricing of the extended Warranty are unaffected with the terms and conditions of this group buy. Each buyer reserves the right to negotiate the price for extended warranty independently.

Trade in:

Subaru will accept trade in offers. Trade in price are unaffected with the terms and conditions of this group buy. Each buyer reserves the right to negotiate the price for their trade in.

Lease pay off conditions:

Subaru may elect to pay off the remaining lease on the trade in vehicle. Each lease pay off are subject to evaluations and Subaru retains the right to refuse paying off the lease.

i think i capture everything up till now.

I know this question is a bit late in the game, but is Frank the fleet manager at the Subaru of PH? Usually, the fleet managers are the ones who move bulk/volume and have more "give" in pricing. He wasn't there when I called him, but it seemed he was a regular salesman? Not saying he couldn't do the job or anything, but I was just wondering.
He could be but he also does sales. I'm going to get him to write us a contract for the $300 above DEALER invoice. I'm going to be very specific with that. If he decides to bail out and do something stupid... those who have put down a deposit can either continue with the buy or get a refund. Of course you could write a really bad review for PH subaru for doing that. Not keeping their word and giving a nasty reputation for them.

The lot is pretty huge. Lol It could EASILY fit 60+ new vehicles.

BTW judging by the giving order status update.

no new members should be admitted on to the initial buyers list.

however, forum members can still Join the first release buyers list.

it is unlikely that we can stick a pentilty clause into the contract.

we can only put something like, Subaru must offer pricing option listed in this contract to the listed group buy members. buyers may abandon the buying commitment if the pricing contract is breached.

The red is where all new and some used subaru vehicles are.

The Yellow is where all the random vehicles are (mostly turn-ins).

The Green is where visitor and worker parking is.

I believe its the same with the purple too but I don't know. Lol

But of course there are also more cars in the building and by the building too.

You forgot to mention that left of the yellow and green area is the drift area!
