All of the ones here are exclusively AT so it's just your area. These things sell 95%+ as AT with a few MT for base models and then some for s trims. The AT version is good enough for most people. If someone wants a MT that badly they usually want the MS3 anyway.

It might be worth waiting for the next speed3. But only if they are making a N/A version. As rumors suggest they might.

I still can't wrap my head around that the new M-B CLA is FWD after watching Jeremy Clarkson powerslide all those AMG Black cars in Top Gear.

Surprised nobody mentioned the AE92 or any of the Mitsubishi Eclipes. And then there was this thing:

Besides the VR-4 models, I still don't understand why this thing was FWD.

Yes, I get the whole Infiniti thing...I like how the Maximas look. I had an 2002 SE Maxima and it was a blast.

The AMG version is AWD, but I bet it will act like it's FWD due to the front bias. It's definitely disappointing.

The 2nd gen ford probe not being RWD was a travesty. Gorgeous car with a crazy weak drivetrain/tranny.

Really? That's fascinating - I wonder why they do that?

(That having been said, the Turbo already handles a lot like a rear-drive car - it's heavily rear biased, and will definitely power oversteer when pushed)
