it all depends what else you will do to the car, and dont think you have to black it out, you can paint that chrome in gun metal, grey, or give it a black chrome look with the duplicolor shadow stuff.

if you're going with dark colored wheels i think headlights like mine would look great.

Haha nope I live in new Milford but I'm always down in that area. It's always great seeing another brz. Even though there are many more than last year it still doesn't feel like enough

I was also thinking of either going blackout chrome or some sort gunmetal to pair with graphite silver gramlights. I think it could turn out nicely...
Haven't really worked with these types of paints (does a gunmetal chrome paint even exist?). I checked duplicolor and they only have the shadow one.

I'm just scared of the baking part. I have a feeling that I'm gonna screw it up somehow.

@mrdanyo baking is easy, just take out all screws and remove as much as possible such as harnesses and bulbs...then just bake to soften up the adhesive and it come apart pretty easy, unless you bake at like 500' for 30 minutes i doubt you will burn anything

8-12 minutes at 250' is what i do for all headlights usually...just follow this write up (same principles)

I've never taken anything out of the car myself yet, so that sort of scares me. I'll have to figure out how to do that though, because I definitely cant stand the chrome when looking at her from the front.

You should just roadtrip to Toronto and help a brother out sometime. And by should, I mean you gotta. :P
