Hmm, that's odd. Manifold was the easy part on mine. Installers did have issues getting the downpipe to line up but finally got it right with Toni's help.

post away sir , Im thinking to get the kit from them after the winter is over ... so I know how to deal with it later on.
the reason of getting their kit is because I already have their el header aka turbo manifold, but If I have to fabricate them to fit , it no longer a budget friendly ....mine as well get a different kit or maybe a supercharger . |

Oh no my bad haha. Dang dude that bad huh? Sorry to hear. Well maybe just a bad batch? Due to costs I'm not able to get the kit cus with install and removal of my vortech it'd be an extra 6k out of my pocket. Looks like I'm sticking w vortech and going with a pulley and fuel injectors and pumps from tony

I've got an UEL catted fa20club header on order would I be able to adapt it to be used with an AVO turbo kit instead of the fa20club turbo later on down the track?

I installed my kit myself without issues. Would be nice if you were more specific about the issues you/they are having to install it.

Not to mention if fitment is the problem with the header it'll take time for Toni to get pics, notice the issue and if it turns out to be a fabrication issue, he'll have to get his welder to fab another header and get it shipped out. Toni will definitely take care of it but how much time would be lost in the process? For the most part though if you shoot Toni some pics, he'll respond and say whether something needs to be turned or fitted different to accommodate. I had a problem getting the recirculating dump to fit. Once I sent Toni some pics of where I was, he replied with some more pics. He showed my assembly fully assembled on the floor of his shop. I then took the queues from there to fit mine. It took some time but we got it aligned and clamped down properly. I also had a problem with the header sitting close to the pulley that I couldn't get the v-band clamp around because the pulley was in the way. I shot him another text and he told me a trick to getting it to work and how to angle the clamp. That also worked. They mistakenly shipped me the wrong turbo, Toni overnighted the correct one. Then again, I didn't have the car at the shop and I took some time off work to complete the install. So I worked on other things (i.e. Fitting the intercooler, clamping vacuum lines, etc.) while some of these issues were being worked out. With a car at a shop and who knows what other jobs they have scheduled, they may not be able to leave the car on a lift for an indefinite amount of time so it may be time efficient to have them fix whatever the issue may be for it to be installed than going back and forth via email or phone calls but I do believe in good faith efforts so Toni should be given a chance to address their concerns before authorizing fabrication to the system. Toni talking to Evasive would probably solve 99% of whatever is going on and hopefully with minimal cost being passed down to the customer.

I guess my perspective was different. I was counting on them having it for 3-4 days so this additional time, while bothersome, really didn't delay me getting the car back. So, I would offer the same advice to others if you are having other shops do the install. Hope for the shortest time but plan for them to have your car a few days. I rented a yaris for a few days and factored it into the cost of my project as I HAD to drive something. After spending several grand, an extra $40 bucks is nothing...
