Stream? No

Download? Maybe try the pirate bay and search for Sky Sports Formula 1 (that's the british broadcast).

I watch on NBCSN recorded on my DVR, but the torrent is usually available shortly after. If I remember, it's usually the Sky Sports commentary, but if you type in the race name and year, you'll find it (F1 Abu Dhabi 2013).

So...... he gets fined for doing donuts after winning a world championship.

Then he wins a more-or-less meaningless race, does donuts again, and his engineer says "You can pay this one yourself, Seb." LOL Good job trying to prove to people that you're humble and have respect for the sport.

Why fine drivers for doing donuts anyway? Let them celebrate. Same with giving another driver a lift to the pits.

If Alonso would do it, his fans would probably call it showmanship.. He would have to win a race first though.

I think FIA has less respect for the 'sport' than a champion doing donuts, regardless of attitude. Probably one of the reasons the sport still isn't popular here.

Not everyone likes watching them demurely walking over to stand on a box, listen to a song, take a swig and spray the competition, week in and week out. Variety is the spice...

I don't have a problem with him doing donuts after winning the championship, that was actually pretty cool. I do have a problem with him deliberately doing it again after being fined and told not to.

Technically he wasn't fined for the donuts themselves, but for driving past parc ferme and not returning the car. Still stupid and hardly worth a fine, especially after winning his fourth championship.

This time he did the donuts on a run-off area of the track and returned the car, so there shouldn't be a fine. Everyone should be happy now, seems plenty respectful to me.

F1 needs more smoky burnouts from the winner. It also shows you how RBR and Vettel approach rules. They got fined for India and what did they do? Stop doing donuts?... not a chance. Vettel examined the rules and then proceeded to do 'legal' smoky donuts. That was awesome and hilarious at the same time and he even talked about he didn't violate any rules on the podium.

F1 is a little 'drab' sometimes which Kimi is rather good at alleviating (I know what I'm doing), and Hami too (I can't drive any slower). I have an attitude in which I like seeing the best win, the illegal punished and the talented awarded. I also like to see the occasional victory celebration while they're still in the car (smoky burnout, carrying a flag, giving another driver a ride back etc etc). However, I hope the other teams get their sh** together next year and end this RBR dominance.

I don't like "gentlemen drivers" in F1 either. 'Money talks and talent walks' is an unfortunate reality at all levels of motorsports. It's just a damn shame to see it at the very top.

2014:
Merc and Ferrari come back strong? Adrian Newey finds a way to dominate again? Kimi and Alonso have a fist fight in the garage? Pirelli actually makes a tire that doesn't completely suck? Bring back in-season testing?

I can't wait!

Then I was misinformed. I thought it had to do with safety doing it on a "live" track with cars still circling. Yes, it was off track, but it wasn't that far away and several cars drove close past him.

I guess I'm just still bitter at how unbelievably boring this season is and how completely amazing it could have been if Pirelli didn't gift RBR 7 wins in a row with the new tires. Vettel doesn't impress me whatsoever. His driving is slightly above average in a car significantly faster than everyone else. My opinion of him will never change until he can show he can win (or at least be in contention for) WDC in a car that's not the fastest (IE Alonso 2010/2012). Not that he cares though. He'll stay in his Newey RBRocketShip and continue racking up stats and records, laughing all the way to the bank and the pages of history.

The best thing that could happen next year is that teams are allowed to actually test their damn cars. That way issues can be fixed between a couple of races, not snowball into a scrapped season like McLaren, or fall off the face of the planet like Ferrari.

So excited about the 2014 season. I have some high hopes for those new turbo engines along with a more powerful KERS. I want to hear those bad ass engines so bad! I do wonder how much slower the cars will be though.

remember the reason they deteriorate is because the in brief the FIA gave when Pirrelli took the contract was that they force the teams to change tires more than once to force more pit stops, more strategy thus a more exciting race, also remember that what happened in Silverstone was because the teams were operating outside the parameters that Pirrelli gave them, they are no longer able to do this because of that.

this was my biggest gripe of the year RBR couldn't hack being on a level playing field and was complaining about the tires from day one, the silverstone tire fuck up gave them the ammo they needed to force the FIA to get Pirrelli to change the tires back to something that suited them.

Oh I know. I know what they're required to produce. But they still make them and Pirelli has been bitching about getting teams to cooperate.

What I'm saying is that Pirelli grows some balls and says, "No, we're tired of drivers and fans complaining about our tires, it's hurting our brand image, we're going to make them like this instead."

The rules require the drivers to run both tires. Make the tires be able to be run flat out by any car for 40+ laps and make the other tire 2-3 seconds faster and can run flat out for 20-30 laps. That would make it exciting.

Right now, the cars cannot race flat out because the tires will degrade in 2 laps. Even Alonso said in Korea, that if he drove flat out the tire would degrade before the end of the lap!!! They all have to race at a "pace" otherwise risk hurting the delicate tires. Part of this is due to the fact that the teams won't work with Pirelli to test the damn tires!

What an awesome idea that would completely do away with driving to a delta to save tires, but still require strategy and timing....!

and therein lies the problem the FIA want the tires to degrade, the drivers want them to last so they can race flat out, pirelli is stuck in the middle trying to please both party's and salvage their image, im just annoyed they changed it mid season to gift both championships to the one team
