Yeah same and a lot lower down. Neither were centered either. They cut the pipe where it met the muffler about 3/4 through the pipe, bent it where it needed to go, tacked it in the right spot and welded it back. Really smooth process and a huge difference from what mine started as.

This must be common as mine is out just a bit more on the drivers side. Cutting and welding - sounds expensive!!

Today I installed a K&N high flow air filter, washed and did a quick detail then drove Lime Creek Road for the first time. If you are in the Austin area, it is a must do
The highlight of the day was this -

Installed my beatsonic sharkfin, also Installed the Mtec shifter springs..definitely improved shifter feel and confidence for quicker shifts. For $30 a very worthwhile upgrade.

free getting a custom $60 catless front pipe from them next Saturday too. Theyre kinda exhaust legends around here. The owner has a mid 2000's twin turbo IS250 too. So nice!...

Today I got a new set of (studless) winter tires installed: Micheline X-Ice Xi3. They're my first set of new winter tires and are supposedly good according to TireRack tests.

On Wednesday I replaced my stock side view mirror lenses with Rexpeed wide views. NOT the stick on ones, full lense replacement. Took about 10 minutes, was kind of hard to get the new ones snapped on but then again, I was some afraid of breaking the white clip they attach to.

Sent from SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE. KEEP CALM AND CHIVE ON.

Was planning on spring vs coils and you helped me decide. Staying stock (no pun intended)
