^ The master bedroom doesn't have its own bathroom; therefore, it is just a regular bedroom. lol

I would so live in house like that...Except I would never drive the car in the center. It's got to be like some rare ass classic car like a 2000GT it's there for artwork.

Exactly! Because the real work-garage would be the 10,000 sq. ft facility in the backyard!!!

Not if you switch the master bedroom with the *bedroom* in this diagram. Take out the wall between the bedroom and the hall it becomes the master bedroom, and the *master bedroom* can become a bedroom, or a closet I should say.

Taking things too seriously...

Just put on my seriousness goggle:

Just based on the diagram, you need at least two or three poles in the main area to support the structure. If you look at this as a scaled diagram, the main area is about 15 m by 15 m. That translates to about 50 feet by 50 feet. Tell me, if you are not using metal structure, how can you support a 50 feet by 50 feet *empty space without warps or bends on the main structure?

Having said that, you can add some poles and metal beams to make this *dream house*. I have no personal experience with a 3 car garage house so I do not know the structure of that. But by adding some poles, this can be done.
