as far as power and as much as you can get NA id talk to @Ninjin as he is pushing a good amount NA without E85 so I am sure with E85 you could get a couple more HP

I have pretty much every bolt on at this point, tune by far made the most difference.
If you want a header there is one with a cat for sale for less than 500 shipped. Honestly I have thought about selling mine and buying it and just punching out the cat. Bolt on's are fine and you will enjoy them although the intake is one of those do it if you want to situations. Since tunes can be expensive I say look at a Unichip which I ran and does a decent job I liked it or spend a little more and get the OpenFlash Tablet. I prefer that which is why I sold my Unichip. The Torque dip is gone and it feel's great. As for specifically on the pulley, for the 103 I paid shipped it is fine but a lighter flywheel is going to do more. Since I plan to lighten a stock flywheel to try and keep my warranty in place I wanted the front pulley too. Will it be a huge difference no its a minor one. Think of bolt on's in this fashion, its not so much that they create power as it is they let the car produce the power it could have before restrictions were placed on it. In Summary: If you can afford an ECUtek tune, go buy an OpenFlash and a Header, you will be far happier and it should be around the same price. You might even have enough left over for a Pulley too.

tune tune tune.
:P OFT is def an option as they have some good base maps to run, and there are a number of local tuners that can tweak them to match your mods as you go. But it should also only be a matter of time before the open source guys get everything finished up for ecuflash etc. There are lots of cheaper alternatives to ecutek coming for more basic stuff. Ecutek has more "feature" out of the box but i hate their system personally. But if you can afford it a custom tune with one of the experienced tuners out there goes a LONG way. I am wanting to start experimenting my self and seeing if i can re-write some stuff to get flex fuel running but its a bit iffy experimenting on my car with how much boost i am running.

Finally scheduled my time off. Took 3 day weekends for the rest of the year and off the holiday weeks. I should really use more time.

Because it's shiny. Talked a local guy into getting the drop in filter instead. I lost the sale on the intake but i also talked him into buying a quicksilver exhaust

Well, that kind of aero wouldn't cover this dent, but I'm not opposed to functional aero, the key word here being functional. Though I like it for looks too sometimes if it looks good.
