Since a lot of us will have been up since 4 or 5am I wouldnt be surprised if many of us just want to head home after a long day at the track. Why don't you come out to the track and hang with us? Well maybe others will be up for something afterwards but I can't commit to it, see how I feel after driving all day (and knowing its a Sun night and we have another 2 hrs to drive back home).

Kinda like Pmok, I may have to pass, depending on my energy level. Like the others, got another 2 hrs. to drive back home on a Sunday night. What about joining us for lunch? I know a couple of people were interested in coming to the track just to watch. I'll most likely stick around the track though, so hopefully everybody doesn't mind overpriced cafeteria food

Does it cost anything to watch?

It shouldn't, at least that's my experience coming over and watching some friends at Infeneon/Sonoma raceway. I would just tell them you are there to watch when you get to the gate and they should just direct you to the lot where we would all be parked. Hopefully we'd be all clustered together so we can hang around.

yup, you should be able to drive right into the racetrack no charge. At the entrance to the paddock they may make you sign in on a clipboard. After that, yeah be prepared to be gouged at the racetrack cafe LOL. $9 for mediocre burgers, etc.

Ah, cool. I'm leaning towards going so we should caravan down (or meet the others in the bay area).

Did a brief drive up to Mt. Hamilton yesterday with @BRZkitty after lunch.
As always the drive was enjoyable, very little traffic holding us up.
It was cold up there but the view was pretty grand. Sorry no pics of the cars, but you've probably seen them before.
