LOL, we go back to why am I doing this... I'm not competing with anyone. There will always be a car faster than yours. Only doing it for personal satisfaction. Anyways, when I finish he probably will already be at 800 whp!

Precision Turbos are awesome, but they are hit or miss sometimes. I prefer the little less performance of Garret with great reliability.

How about a custom twin turbo setup? FA20Club turbo kit in the front feeding a GT35 mounted low in the back.

I didn't mean competition. I meant for the difference in how it pulls. I'm not competing with any1 either, but we all have a level we want to reach that changes over time. Mine for example is to not have trouble getting an initial pull on my friends elaborate bc i have a single passenger (so frustrating )

Ok, I see what you mean. That shit felt extremely awesome, but played no role in what I'm doing.... AVO played a HUGE role in what Im doing today.... Andres played a part too

Here is a great website my friend:

http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/wheel_trim

There are three things that you look at on a turbo:

Inducer Size
Exducer Size
Trim (Calculated from the inducer and exducer size)

On a Precision turbo the first number is the inducer size. On a Garrett turbo like the GT2871R the last number is the exducer size. To get the other numbers you need to research the turbo.

From a quick google search, seems like the GT30 falls between the PT5862 and PT6262, just based on wheel diameter and trims.

Are you trying to fitted in a similar location as the AVO?
Plenty of top mount options already so this would be cool to see.

71.0 mm Exducer

GT3076R
57.0 mm Inducer
76.2 mm Exducer

PT5862
58 mm Inducer
62 mm Exducer

PT6262
62 mm Inducer
62 mm Exducer

There's really no space down there for much more than the AVO turbo. Ptuning seems very interesting to me on their location.
