Added sound clip video of idle revs. I don't notice the rasp while driving like in this quick revs. 2nd rev is up to 8000. Regardless, I'm still highly satisfied. I wanted to post a video of the stock header before I put on my UEL.

You don't happen to have a vid of the 3" before you got the front/over pipe do you? I have the nameless 3" sitting in my living room and it's killing me not knowing what it sounds like in person.

I don't but it is similar. Its very deep and quiet at idle. The axleback by itself is not real loud, but is very noticeable over stock.

It's real deep. I'm just afraid of the JDL UEL now. That's the next video. Even if it is brutal, I like it. It will tame down a lot when I do go turbo with this system.

i must have missed something... I thought they tested the mid pipe and found no increase in hp/tq so they aren't making one?

Why are you going with the JDL header rather than waiting for Nameless to finish theirs?

Hmmm.. the shop looks familiar
![]() So, do you foresee someone having the same problems you did with the bolts if they were just doing a header install? any tips? |

Possibly. Many have mentioned letting them soak in penetrating spray. Otherwise you will have a hell of a time getting the nuts off the bolts of the header. I gladly threw my stock header in the trash yesterday because my JDL UEL is now on. I'll be posting sound clips of that next. It's pretty brutally loud, but I can be civil with it if I want to. (That's no fun)
