Our wastegate priority design turbo exhaust inlet pipe has no issues controlling boost, even with our much larger than average GT3076R turbo.

We have no issues with spiking or creeping with our set-up. Spring pressure boost regulation without a boost controller will theoretically provide the most consistent boost curve.

We also implement a boost cut into all of our ECUTek tunes too.

the only time i've ever had issues with boost control was when i try to get fancy and use an electronic controller. wastegate + a good mbc is the way to go imho.

I was under the impression that AT wasn't happening unless the demand for it was high enough. They addressed this in the beginning of the thread.

We're hoping to be able to start shipping all the pre-orders in about 2 weeks. We've finished packaging most of the smaller components already. The downpipes are the last major components that we're in the process of completing production on.

The acceleration videos will be up tomorrow. Unfortunately, we had to spend a lot of time editing the videos to allow split screen comparison.

We have some onboard autocross videos from yesterday's event to post up too. Those will likely be up in the next few hours though, since they only need to be cut to length and not edited.

So this past Sunday, we drove our PTUNING FR-S 2.5 hours to Virginia Motorsports Park to run in the last NASA Mid-Atlantic autocross of the year. While the event parking lot is large by autocross standards, the course was not necessarily set up as a high speed course on this day.

With that said though, we still managed to hit about 7,900rpms (8k limiter) in second gear on the short straight. With our larger than stock tires, we'd estimate this to be about 62-64mph before the hard braking zone.

Our turbo system and tune performed flawlessly all day long without issue. We're still dialing in the suspension settings as this is our first time out with this suspension configuration. Also, keeping heat in r-comp tires tires between runs seemed to be a problem for all but the AWD guys.

We'll eventually get the car on a big track for an HPDE session soon too.

Lots of interesting thing in this design. For some it may not be a concern but one of only negatives I see is total elimination of all front bracing. Angles and strut tower..
