Tap the manifold. MAP plate has room.

Car has been running great since I went back in and did it right.
How was your pump install crappy?

Similar to the issue many others have had, I routed the lines within the canister wrong the first time...led to intermittent issues with what felt like fuel starvation. Not fun

I have no intention of throwing this thread off track, as I do not own the innovate kit yet. I was merely agreeing with and vouching for Delicious Tuning As far as my own car the only fuel mod is the DW 65C pump. Once again I apologize, I was not trying to give the notion that my car is running this kit.

This is correct, there is no additional fitting on the plenum itself post compressor.

Yes, I am running a catch can for each bank independently. This would be recommend on a boxer engine without or without forced induction.

OK I watched a few videos of the Savagegeese guy. Based on what he shows the vortech and innovate provide essentially identical performance.

Then watching his drive belt install video showing how hard it is to install once the vortech is already mounted and how tight the clearance is for the vortech parts I have 1 question.

Why would anyone choose vortech over innovate?

The base kits are similar yes.

/flame suit on

The base vortech kit will get you to 225-250 whp as it comes with an intercooler and is a more efficient compressor. The down side is it has less low end boost/torque. The upside is that people with full exhaust and headers are showing that with a good tune, decent gas, and supporting mods this kit can deliver 260-290 whp. E85 will get you deep into the 300 range.

The base innovate kit will get you to 210-230 whp non intercooled depending on quality of gas and tuner. This power may drop a bit when you are constantly going WOT and pushing it hard (like during a track event) due to heat soak and no intercooling. The intercooler upgrade will get you back into the vortech range of 240-250 it seems and you will have more low end than a centrifugal. People have gotten to the 260-290 whp mark with E85. 300 whp has not been surpassed, yet.

Got pics or p/n's? I checked your build thread and didn't see anything there.

Oh gosh. I don't even know where to start. There are so many cheap twin screws, I had a really hard time making a decision. I love cheap too!

Eaton M90 is an excellent old piece of technology that is made for 86 (twin) screw. I surf this thread for the same thing.

How do I turn PayPal mode ON? I need some PayPal.

This is what I am running, I just custom fabricated a bracket to bolt it to my battery tray. The cans are made by Radium, they usually build Lotus parts but also offer universal catch cans like these. A single version would also work just fine.

Radium is working on 86 specific applications, too.
