Uhg I understand you Giccin. I had chronic bronchitis for a long time when I was younger. Doctor said it will either get better or worse with puberty. Good thing it literally went away after puberty and havn't had any symtomps anymore. Along side, asthma, sinus problems, ugh I was a sick child. Now, I'm healthy.

Echinacea helped me a lot. FREAKIN HUGE WEED LOOKING PILL, but good, and its an herb and natural.

How do I get one... Mine is acute but it didn't heel fully back in January. Some bro blew smoke my direction and the strange weather in SoCal made my bronchitis come back. :/

It's a pill you buy at Walgreens or CVS over the counter. Take one daily like a vitamin. Brings the defenses up like crazy.

My grandpa smoked when I was younger (he died due to cancer of smoking so much when I was 5) but even though, I don't think it was my main cause. I was very sick through out school till I hit middle school.

That and the cod liver oil PILLS - those taste like strawberry, rather than the old school Cuban ACTUAL LIVER OIL (looks like Elmers glue and thick like yogurt) euuuuwwwww bad taste still comes to mind lol.

Some natural remedies that might help. Once in a rare while I guess I've had the bronchitis come back, but nothing to severe. Hope you get better.

Is there a specif brand you really trust? I'm doing research on it now and its been repeated that it may contain toxic metals. o_o

My immune system feels kinda weak lately but that could just be the lack of Vitamin D (achievable if I went outside for some direct sunlight) or eating enough fruits. :x

Eat oranges and you'll get better! Works for every ailment!

Finest Naturals, I think its called. Toxic metals? K um them drink it for a week or two, and see how that makes you feel. Its just a plant lol. Tfhey also have a tea variant.

BTW too many oranges is really REALLY bad. That destroys your organs due to too much acid. A friend of my mom's friend died from eating too much pineapple. Well she did eat it everyday before bed for like 2 months. 9.9

You can give your doctar a call or talk to the people at Walgreens/CVS if your feeling iffy. Just suggesting something

What are the symptoms of bronchitis? I always thought it was just a cold that lasted a long time.

PS I know it's "geek innn", but Kitchen is what my brain says.

Really? I'll have to some research on that.

I don't eat them everyday, but whenever I feel a little sniffly, I eat some oranges for a nice C boost and I feel better... EmergenC works too...

Well, she had an ALL pineapple diet. I think that was her main coarse meal, almost everyday. And she had lots of plastic surgeries, so that made matter worse.

Eat yo fruits don't be scared lol. Perferibly before a meal helps. Sometimes we eat them after, later burp while our food is digesting and we can taste the fruit lol. Funny
