I am running Firestone Winterforce. I got them on a great deal. They did just fine last winter, but I do think the Blizzaks are a superior tire. I just saved a pile of money on the Firestone's.

I'd just like to say that while we are talking about tires I was running slicks on Friday at Road America. Yes, the blizzaks will be running as soon as next week, but track days were still available. There were only two 86s running this weekend but I can tell you we had the biggest smiles for the least amount of money :-)

Report. In the corners I don't think the 86 can be beat. On the front stretch running uphill?????? yes we need more hp. Brake lines, pads, and springs were my only mods. I was having a blast.

I'll post GoPro videos as soon as i can can figure out how to get them up.

I've got some rally armor mud flaps I'd let go for $100 if anybody is interested.

I had some blizzaks on my frs before I sold it and I got around last winter just fine.

Ohhh and have some stock tires for sale as well!

Spring was late, winter is early. I hope this isn't going to start being the norm here.

I remember it being this way when I was growing up. But that was in Duluth so maybe the zones have shifted south a few hundred miles.

Rally sport mid flaps installed today. So much better looking. Should have done that in the first place. Also did some weight reduction during the install. No more leaves in my fenders, haha so many leaves in a closed area. Still trying to figure that one out.

Yeah when I installed my mudflaps I found the same thing, leaves packed into the wheel well lining.

Historically the first snow in the cities is around thanksgiving, but this early isn't unheard of.

Thanksgiving was over a week ago, damn Americans lol. Just got our first dust of the white stuff, didn't stay on the roads. The stock tires plus 350+whp plus 32 degree weather is interesting......

All this winter talk has made me depressed.

If anyone is interested, there will be a karting league starting soon. Every other Monday @ 7pm.

$20-40. I think it depends on the number of people that join. I believe last year was $30.

That's way cheap. How many laps and practiceruns do you get or is it straight league and you get ranked as you go.
