Do the B14's have inverted front struts... unlike the rears?

Also, are there no dust boots for the rears?

Thanks

I love the Bilstein product from previous rides, but would probably pick ST coilovers instead of these. Close call though

The pictures don't show it, but only one side of the upper strut mount is slotted. Camber bolts work just fine with these

It shouldn't be for most people. Running the stock top hats can have it's advantages!

Dont have the right tool to install the top hats. Do I have to buy the tools? That would be another cost.

I know it may be obvious for some people, but for those that might make the mistake...

If you plan to buy HVT camber plates to use with these, make sure you order the OEM strut type. I mistakenly ordered the coilover version and the spring perch was too small.

Stock spring diameter...wtf? If I was getting coilovers, I'd want 60mm OD springs...

Spring compressor can be rented at no cost from most auto parts store.

It's an extra step in the install, but it's really not a big deal. I just don't like and many don't need the camber plates that come on the lower end coilovers.

It is not about the spring compressor. The allen hex and a hollow ratchet. So the struts are not spinning.

Just got mine installed today with the HVT front mounts. Initial impression is great. Ride feels similar to stock. I feel more bumps in the road, but how the suspension handles them is quite good. Car feels less "bouncy" (not sure if that's the right term or not) than the stock suspension. I'll do a lot more driving this weekend to get a better feel for them.
