Yeah they said originally a tiny bit over 1k which is fairly expected given most of the other longer tube headers (FA20 / P&L/ etc) are at the 1k point as well.

I'd be willing to bet there's not another header on the market with half the R&D time this one has. You get what you pay for.

While I have no doubt of the effort and quality of this header from Nameless I'd be willing to bet that the header is not going to be significantly superior to other high quality headers that have been on the market in regards to quality and/or gains.

JDL and Nameless are probably the two highest quality headers at the top of my list for "best header". Of course this is all biased and opinion based, but the time, dedication, and attitude for making a product that works and is not defective is shown by both companies. So far the JDL header is producing great numbers for a UEL. I have no doubt Nameless will let anyone down.

After running the 3" exhaust for a few weeks now, I still absolutely love it and I am glad I went with it. You can see the flex braid in the rear which looks really awesome in my opinion. I highly recommend the full exhaust from header to tip 3" whether you're NA or FI. It is definitely on the louder side though, so if loud isn't your thing, avoid it.

Its annoying when someone keeps posting 1 more week.. 1 more week... soon... 1 more month... for fucking 5 months. Just from that I am sure they lost a ton of business. They should give an ETA and stick to it. I dont care if its because they want the best possible header. How hard is it to give an ETA that you add maybe a couple weeks or 1-2 months on top of it and let people know it can be earlier than that to give you some wiggle room in case anything goes wrong. If everything goes as planned you release early and announce it and people will be even more excited. Jason continuing to keep giving false hope all summer is what really pushed me away. Not worth the wait.
Well, consider that the other common forum practice is to take people's money first then take 5 times longer than anyone reasonably expects to deliver it.

If they were doing this with my money in their pocket I would be absolutely livid.

But they're not, so instead I'm just a bit bored of waiting.

From what I have been informed and confirmed the header design is finalized. Time for the production of it, however that said they aren't a huge company and still have other items to build that they currently sell.

I know I wouldnt just to get some peace of mind. And I am sure you wouldnt either. People care WAY to much about shit like that these days. If it gets a gain then its done its job. You should only be worried about losing power. Youll just end being "that guy" at meets who brags about numbers that no one cares about. Especially if you auto-x and you still suck and cant drive with all those mods.

Honestly this cars stock dyno numbers are pretty well known and you can get a good idea by going off those numbers. No one is going to pay all that labor just to get a better idea of what numbers they are getting with there mods unless it is just like one bolt on which is still a waste of money.
Ehh.. I have a stock dyno of my car. Most people here do, you see, when you know you will mod your car you do it at the very start. All dynos will have different numbers than each other, but if you get a true baseline you can compare gains, and that is the key.

How will you know if that part actually gained power without something to compare it to. It's called establishing a control value and it's done in science classes everywhere across the world every day.

Very true. Im hoping they are actually building several production headers while they wait to announce it so the first buyers don't have to wait 3 months.

FYI, I asked about a month ago what the lead time was on for an axle back exhaust system (3-4 weeks). So there will probably be a wait.

I promise you there will be a wait on these, just like the JDL headers. They're a small operation and the fine detail these headers take also take time. You want an awesome product that's not a Borla fisher price welded piece of shit, it's going to take time.

It'll be interesting to compare this to the HKS that's been available for months now. Not trolling just saying

In another thread we decided that Michael J. Fox does their welding and Stevie Wonder is in charge of Q.A.
